I have many happy memories of spending time with the Gillers at their home. Mrs. Giller was always so kind and welcoming to Marjorie’s and Phyllis‘ high school friends. Years later, Mrs. Giller helped me with my essay for law school. She was kind, generous, and so wise. She seemed to me like she always knew what was “right“ and she lived her life that way.
I have many memories of spending time with the Gillers at their home. Mrs. Giller was always so kind and welcoming to Marjorie’s and Phyllis’ high school friends. Many, many years ago, sometime around the year 2003, I went to Adele's house to help her prepare for a holiday. I will never forget her kindness and generosity. I briefly had to take my daughter with me, who was a toddler at the time, and Adele spoiled her greatly and treated her like she was her own granddaughter. I can still recall, and laugh greatly about the time we were getting ready for this holiday and spotted a mouse in the garage. We laughed and laughed over the great fiasco of catching this mouse, which we ended up keeping in a bucket for Mr. Giller to deal with when he got home.
Although it was only a few days, I have fond memories of assisting Adele during that time. She was a kind and generous woman.
