Jeffrey (Karen) and Andrea (Matthew) Bloomfield; Grandmother of eight; Great-Grandmother of six; Sister to Barbara Levine and Gloria Wein. Graveside Service to be held on Monday December 01, 2014 11:30am at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in Boynton Beach, FL. Donation may be made to Alzheimers Association.
