Elliot was a College Fraternity Brother at American University (TEP). He was absolute fun to be with. He was so purely a nice guy with a bit of larceny that he was genteel about. . I had utter respect for Ellliot as a good friend and a good businessman who pulled himself up by his bootstraps. Elliot, I will miss your friendship!!! with many good memories! John Gelman Kossow
Elliott was a gentle soul. He will be missed by his community. I enjoyed playing tennis with him when I would visit my in laws who lived next door.
