Alan Natowitz
Louisville, KY – Francine Natowitz, 79, passed away June 22, 2013 at Oaklawn Rehabilitation Facility surrounded by her loving family. Francine was born on September 30, 1933 in Bronx, NY, daughter of the late Abraham and Edna (Winfield) Goldfarb. An accomplished Registered Nurse and Board Member at Massena Memorial Hospital, Francine moved to Massena in 1956 upon marrying the late Stanley Natowitz of Potsdam and Saranac Lake. Both Fran and Stan worked together to successfully operate Stan's Men's Shop and Ladies Carriage Shop in Downtown Massena for over 30 Years. The couple retired in 1990 to South Florida, where both were very active in their community. Francine served as both President and Vice President of Coral Cove Condominium Association in Boynton Beach, as well as Chairing multiple committees which ensured prime operation of the entire residential area.Surviving Francine are a daughter, Cindy of Louisville, KY, a son, Alan of Scarsdale, NY, a brother, Eddie of Somers, NY and three grandchildren; Nate, Jackie and Austin.
