Carlins, Herbert Israel 80 of Boca Raton, FL passed away February 28, 2018; loving husband for 59 years of Eileen Lee; adored father of Mindy (Jay) Feilen, Stacey (Bill) Fisse and Jeffrey; admired grandfather of Morgan, Chelsea, Airelle, Jessica, Matthew and Alex; cherished great grandfather of Ava; loving brother of Ashley (Rheva) Carlins and brother in law of Alan Lieberman. Services to be held at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Delray Beach, FL on Friday, March 2 at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in Boynton Beach, FL.
