Thank you β yes my twin will light the heavens as he did on earth to all that knew and loved him β no one more generous, kind and loving a man.
Yesterday I searched the Internet for Jeffrey Sorota and found the obituary. I couldn't get this news away from my brain. It caused me to write this reaction. I have a daughter, named Sylvia. She left home at young age. Some days later she phoned us to let us know she was in Amsterdam with a friend. His name was Jeffrey Sorota.Especially the reaction of Brad Mol gave a pretty accurate picture of the life and liveliness of this special man, which we did learn to know as a man that was in love with our young daughter, a sincere man, a generous man, a man with an easy going but also firm caracter, a man who was appreciated by my wife and me soon enough.Their relationship endured several years in which he and Sylvia lived a lifestyle comparable to the discription of Brad. Our daughter was a registered Ulla model at that time and had her own bit of traveling over the world in addition to her travels with Jeffrey. Gradually a mental illness grew in Sylvia's life, which brought unlogical behaviour and, at some point, they seperated. Jeffrey cared for her in such a way, that he made an unforgettable impression on us. I am pretty sure I found news about the Jeffrey we came to know. I will check his birthday with Sylvia. She will be shocked as well, to know he passed away. My Google search makes clear that he still is in our mind and he will not be forgotten. Hope to meet him in heaven.Jac van der Laak.

I just was looking for Jeff and this came out.I'm speechless. Jeff was a great guy he was my manager and always the most positive person I have ever met through my life I have used Jeff as an example of how motivating he was always..I so so sorry for your loss. Bill Ryan
I recently learned of Jeff's passing and was so saddened. I knew Jeff from Lenoir-Rhyne and he was such a fun guy. I know he is truly missed
I just found out about Jeff's passing and I was speechless and heartbroken to hear. Jeff was the true world traveler and adventurer and I helped him book many trips abroad. He had a great energy about him-kind, funny, knowledgeable and easygoing. He also was a great dad to his two boys. A true free spirit. May you rest in peace and may your soul only know happiness.Lani πΈπΈπΈ
JS you will be missed, You showed me Europe 18 years ago and I never left thanks to you. Rest in Peace my friend
excellent tribute to a great man, nice one Brad
I've known Jeffery for about 25 years from when we first met in Amsterdam. We worked together there and traveled to many countries. He was one of the funniest and funnest people to explore new destinations with. I have probably been to about 10 or more countries with Jeffery including Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Mauritius, Japan and more and they are some of the most fun and memorable times. Jeffery was a great traveler and he will be remembered as that. We scuba dived, sailed, dined out and partied over the many years. I spoke to him almost every day and sometime several times a day. He was a big character and a big part of my life. I will miss him greatly and the many laughs we shared and our daily conversations. Rest in peace my friend. Your pain is over. You will NOT be forgotten.
