Jerome (Jerry) Briner's Obituary
Jerry Briner, truly beloved father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 5, 2017 at age 92, 10 months after his beloved wife and partner, Temi. They will now be eternally together as they were in life. He will be forever lovingly remembered by his daughter, Carol (Briner) Packard, son-in-law Jerry Packard, son Jeff Briner, grandchildren Taylor Briner, Errol, Sam, and Emilia Packard, and great-grandchildren Miriam and Freddie Packard.Jerry grew up in N.Y.C., son of Samuel and Elsie Briner and brother to Ted Briner. He later moved to Framingham, Massachusetts where he and Temi raised their family, then retired to Boynton Beach, Florida. His last year was lived in Champaign, IL with his daughter Carol and son-in-law. Everyone who knew Jerry loved him. He always said, “You got to learn to like all kinds of people”, and he truly did. He worked hard and partied hard. He loved acting and singing in the Framingham Temple Beth Shalom shows, then later in the Lakeridge Green Boynton Beach community shows. And yes, martinis.
