Marvin Levitt's Obituary
Marvin B. Levitt, age 86, resident of Boynton Beach, died peacefully after a long illness.
Marvin was born in Springfield, MA to the late Edward and Adele Levitt. Raised and educated in Springfield, he was a graduate of Classical High School, Class of 1955 and University of Connecticut with a degree in Pharmacy.
He was employed with AARP for many years and eventually retired after working for a few years at the West Springfield Costco as a friendly, well-liked pharmacist and coworker.
He and his wife, Helaine, loved to travel and enjoyed trips through Asia, Europe and around the United States. Marvin also had a passion for photography.
Beloved husband for sixty-four years of Helaine M. (Cohn) Levitt.
Father of Gay (Levitt) Schwalbendorf and her husband Allen of West Hartford CT, Fredi-Ruth Levitt and her wife Donna of Coral Springs, FL and Robert Levitt and his wife Lynn of Duxbury, MA.
Loving grandfather of Eric, Justin, Nathan, Ethan, Riley, Ashley and Sydney. Brother to Sandra Solomon who preceded him in death.
Marvin is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their families.
