Michael Hillelsohn's Obituary
Michael J. Hillelsohn, 73, of Indian Spring in Boynton Beach, FL and Reston, VA passed away Wednesday April 11, 2018. Michael was the son of holocaust survivors. An avid golfer, Michael also was an animal lover, fisherman, gourmet cook and gardener. He was especially fond taking care of his orchids and his koi fish, which he had specially brought over from Israel. He was very involved with the Jewish community wherever he lived, and a fierce supporter of Israel. He was a proud veteran of the US Army. Michael was the beloved husband of 51 years of Anne; the devoted father of David (Melissa) Hillelsohn and Marci (Mitchell) Ginzburg; and the cherished grandfather of Julia Ginzburg, Kasey Ginzburg, Melanie Hillelsohn and Jonathan Hillelsohn. Graveside services will be held at 10 AM on Friday April 13, 2018 at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Boynton Beach with Rabbi Jack Engel of Anshei Emuna Congregation officiating.
