My sincerest condolences to Rena Wolner's family and close friends. I was fortunate enough to be hired by Rena some 23 years go to head up Perigee Books, now part of Penguin Random House. She was a fire cracker of a lady — smart, spirited, and always full of life. I will always be grateful to her for the opportunities that she gave me and the lessons I learned from her.
