Rita Penney Stern's Obituary
Rita "Penney" Stern lived to the age of 84 and resided in Delray Florida. She was a strong independent woman that lived a life confident in her own competence and value.
She was born in New York City the daughter of Max and Miriam Stern. She would later become the older sister to Herbert Stern.
She had a successful career in education administration in the Department of Education in New York.
She was an avid lover of animals always including a cat and dog as part of her family.

A graveside service will be held at Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, NY, on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 1pm.
