Jonathan Duran
Regional Funeral Home Manager
Jonathan Duran was born in Bronx, New York, and raised in Central Florida. At the age of 18, he began his career in funeral service, where he provided compassionate care to families in the Central Florida area before relocating to South Florida in 2011 to attend mortuary school. That same year, he joined Levitt Weinstein Memorial Chapels.Upon completing his internship and graduating from Miami Dade College in 2016, Jonathan worked as a Funeral Director for almost two years before accepting the position of Location Manager for Alexander Levitt Funerals & Cremations in 2019. Most recently as of July 2024, he brought his years of service to Palm Beach County where he serves as the Regional Funeral Home Manager for Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Boynton and Delray. In his personal time, Jonathan enjoys being with his family, partner, and son
Kaly Lopez
Cemetery Office Manager
Kaly Lopez started her career at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in the middle of the Covid Pandemic and has not looked back. With hard work and determination was promoted to Office Manager at Palm Beach Memorial in just under a year. After being an essential part of daily operations at Palm Beach Memorial, the tide changed, and she came back to where it all started.Since the age of 16, Kaly has had an interest in the funeral business and is perfecting the cemetery aspect. She will be enrolling in school to become a Funeral Director. Working with families during trying times gives me a purpose and inspires me to work that much harder to become a Funeral Director.When Kaly is not at work, you can find her with her family. She married her high school sweetheart, Justin and has two daughters, Haliey and Taryn. They have two essential members of their family fur-babies, Penny and Sophia. As a third generation Floridian, a lot of time is spent outside enjoying all Florida has to offer. One of the favorites is freshwater fishing. During football season, you can find them at Florida Atlantic University cheering on their oldest daughter Haliey, who is a Majorette. GO OWLS!
